Astro Active Teen Fitness
Astro Active Teen Fitness are fully supervised gym sessions in our fitness suite. Similar to our Body Fit class in structure but for the young growing teenager. Working on cardio vascular fitness and resistance training using body weight and free weight exercises, to develop and strengthen the muscles. Astro Active Teen Fitness is open to both male and female teenagers and we can devise the class to suit their different training needs.
Times: Tuesdays 4pm & 5pm
Wednesdays 4pm & 5pm
Ages: 13-17 years
Each session is 45 minutes
Cost:€4 per session & online booking essential.
This can form a training basis for team sports or for general fitness and well being. Individuals can receive Astro Active Teen Fitness Programs devised at no extra cost.
Have fun with our instructors and socialise with friends while keeping fit and staying healthy.
All of our instructors comply with all code of ethics for working with kids and hold all relevant certification. If parents want to come and view the facility beforehand you can contact us on the number below to arrange a meeting with one of our instructors. We would be only too happy to show you around. Also we would encourage parents to exercise with your child as it gives them positive reinforcement towards exercise and fitness in general. It can also help keep your child motivated to continue the exercise and fitness regime!
